Jeff Plate B.SC (Geophysics) MA(Econ), CFA, P.Geo

Jeff is an economic expert on resourced focused development, capital markets, audit and control. He regularly engages in activities related to the financing of mineral resource focused projects including their evaluation and due diligence reviews, as a Partner at Watts, Griffis and McOuat Ltd. (“WGM”).

Recently, Jeff has been leading WGM’s Space Mining and ISRU practice, advising National governments, space agencies, private companies and academia.

Jeff holds advanced degrees; in Geophysics from the University of Waterloo, Finance and Economics from Brock and McMaster Universities, along with the globally recognized Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. 

He is registered with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (PGO) as a P.Geo and currently the Chair of the Education Committee for the Management and Economics Society (MES), an arm of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM). 

In addition, he is a founding contributor to the Lunar Surface Innovation Consortium with John Hopkin’s Applied Physics Labs which advises NASA and the U.S. government on technical matters related to lunar surface operations, ISRU and construction.

Dale Boucher

Dale Boucher is CEO of Deltion Innovations Ltd., a for profit corporation developing robotic mining technologies for earth and space. Dale was a key player in some of the first hard rock drilling automation projects in the early 1990’s.

He became involved with space mining technologies in 1999 and has since published a number of papers relating to the subject. As a recognized international space mining expert, Dale is a guest lecturer for the Colorado School of Mines Space Resource Program, a member of a number of groups including the Mars Water ISRU Planning Group, the LEAG commercialization Advisory Board 

 and the International Space Exploration Coordination Group (ISECG) Lunar Volatiles Extraction working group. Dale is Chair of the Planetary and Terrestrial Mining Sciences Symposium (CDN) and co-chair of the Space Resources Roundtable (US).

Paolo Lostritto

Mr. Lostritto has an extensive background in mining capital markets and working with companies across the globe since 1997.

Paolo has helped assess different companies/projects and helped finance them as they advanced through exploration, development, and production. Some of the companies where Paolo was involved early include: Kirkland Lake Gold, Novagold and Lake Shore Gold in 2004, Romarco Minerals in 2006, Victoria Gold and Volta Resources in 2009.  Mr. Lostritto is currently serving as the VP of Corporate Development at Sailfish Royalty Corp. and as the Chairman of Signature Resources Ltd. Paolo is a cofounder and board member of Interstellar Mining Inc which is focused on leveraging a leading Canadian space mining robotics group (Deltion Innovations Ltd.)

 along with Watts, Griffis, and McOuat Ltd.’s space mining group to develop and produce energy commercially for the rapidly growing space industry. Over his career, Mr. Lostritto was a Director of the Mining Equity Research at National Bank Financial and worked in equity research at Wellington West, Scotia Capital and TD Securities. He served as an Independent Director at Savary Gold Corp. which was sold to SEMAFO in 2019. Mr. Lostritto holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological and Mineral Engineering in Rock Mechanics from the University of Toronto and he is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.

Karen Rockliff

Karen Rockliff is a retired Regional Manager with 25+ years of multi-discipline experience in the Telecommunications Industry with Bell Canada including leading network design and upgrade engineering teams for digital and cellular technologies in Eastern Canada with annual budgets exceeding $300 million. 

Although retired, she holds many board positions in the golf industry and is currently serving her 2nd term as President of the BOD for the Challenge Cup women’s golf organization for Palm Beach County, Florida, USA.

Nelson Bodnarchuk

Nelson Bodnarchuk graduated in 2002 with a degree in Electrical Engineering, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, maintains his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and is working toward his Masters Business Administration (MBA). He brings over 21 years of global, multi-commodity operating leadership experience working in the Engineering, Operational Technology, IT, Nuclear, Automation, Maintenance, Software Development, Banking, and Mining sectors. He joined Torex Gold Resources (TXG: TSX) in 2014 as the Director of Operational Systems, overseeing critical aspects of the successful construction, start-up, and operation of the El Limon Guajes Open Pit Mines and Processing Plant greenfield build. 

Over the past five years, he has led the Health & Safety teams at Torex delivering integrated systems supporting the safe operations of the Morelos Mine Complex in Guerrero State, 

Mexico, first as the Director of Health & Safety at the operations and more recently as the Vice President of Health & Safety at corporate, making the Morelos Mining Complex one of the safest operating mines on the planet achieving 10 Million hours Lost Time Injury Free Three times since 2020. He serves as a Board Director, and a member of the Board Audit Committee at Evocati Capital Resources (EVOC.P: TSXV), a Junior Mining Capital Pool Company, and has been the Treasurer of the CIM Health & Safety Society (HSS) for the past three years. He hosts the CIM Safety Webinar Series #TheSafetyShare, produced in partnership with the CIM HSS and CIM Magazine.
